Fashul
Fashul is an AI-powered platform designed to lower people’s medical bills in the United States and relieve the burden of medical debt. By combining technology with tailored outreach strategies, Fashul empowers individuals to navigate complex billing systems and access financial relief. Our TAMID analysts completed two separate projects to strengthen Fashul’s brand presence and create scalable strategies for stakeholder engagement.
The first project focused on building overall brand awareness. We developed a comprehensive approach to increase Fashul’s visibility by researching communication channels, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying the most effective outreach methods. Our team emphasized the importance of digital platforms such as newsletters, blogs, and social media, along with partnerships through medical associations, nonprofits, and healthcare events. To support implementation, we also built a structured database of key stakeholders, including patients, advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals, paired with recommended outreach methods tailored to each group. This work provided Fashul with a foundation for cultivating credibility, trust, and recognition within the healthcare and financial advocacy space.
The second project involved targeted outreach research and strategy development. We segmented Fashul’s stakeholders into distinct groups, including patients, community health organizations, hospital billing departments, and nonprofits focused on financial relief. For each segment, we identified tailored strategies such as email campaigns for patient groups, LinkedIn engagement for healthcare professionals, and formal partnerships with nonprofits, while highlighting potential organizations and decision-makers to contact. To ensure sustainability, we also designed an organized and trackable outreach framework that enables Fashul to monitor progress, measure engagement, and prioritize the most promising opportunities.
Together, these projects positioned Fashul to increase its brand visibility while establishing a systematic and replicable process for outreach. By combining market-driven insights with a clear stakeholder engagement strategy, TAMID provided Fashul with the tools to scale its operations and maximize impact in its mission to reduce medical debt and expand access to affordable healthcare in the United States.
